Declaring G-d as Judge: Accepting Hardships with Love

One of the ways in which the evil inclination gets a person to sin is by convincing him that he is only committing a small infraction and it's not such a big deal. But if we understand what a big deal it really is, we would never listen to that inclination. Every single mitzvah or averah carries so much weight. Even if a person would rampantly be sinning in one particular area, he can’t imagine the value of one small improvement in that area.
We should all take chizuk in valuing every mitzvah we perform and every averah that we hold ourselves back from doing.
