Our Apps.

These terms also apply to every app and game PowerJews publishes, on Google Play or on the web. Each app’s privacy policy, linked inside the app and on its store page, explains what data it uses.

Free to use. Our apps are free, with no purchases or subscriptions inside them. Some apps, such as Treif Toss on Android, show ads from Google AdMob to help cover their cost. Ads are chosen and served by Google; where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent before ads use personal data. Donations to PowerJews are separate and voluntary.

Using the apps. You may use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial learning and enjoyment. Please don’t copy, sell or redistribute an app, try to break or get around how it works, or use it to break the law. Texts from other sources keep their own licenses, which are credited inside the app.

Your progress. Most of our apps keep your progress and settings only on your device. Uninstalling an app or clearing its data erases them, and we have no copy to restore.

Changes. We may update, change or stop offering an app or a feature at any time. Our apps are provided “as is”, without promises that they will always be available or free of errors.

Your rights.
PowerJews is based in New Jersey, USA, and these terms are governed by its laws. Wherever you live, you keep the consumer protection rights your local law gives you, and to the extent that law allows, PowerJews is not responsible for indirect losses from using our free apps, including lost progress.
