When we turn to Hashem and we say, “Thank You Hashem for supporting me all these years. Thank You for everything You do for me and my family,” we are like that little boy, showing hakarat hatov to Hashem. He doesn’t need the thanks, but He gets so much pleasure from them. He gets more pleasure from our words than we can imagine. Let us utilize this awesome gift that we have and give Hashem thanks and praise all the time.
