The Mission Provided: Opportunities to Shine
Hashem creates every person with an image of what he is supposed to look like in Heaven. Everyone has a mission to fulfill and Hashem will provide opportunities for each person to get where he needs to be. If he passes his tests in the circumstances that Hashem puts him in, his image down here will match the image that Hashem has for him up there.
