What Is Important In This World
Every mitzvah that we do only helps ourselves, and those who know this truth spend their lives performing them. After 120 years, a person is no longer able to perform mitzvot and then he will be left only with what he accomplished with his time on this earth.
Whenever we show that we try as hard as we can, Hashem helps us when we can’t help ourselves.
It is incumbent upon everybody to be careful with all of the mitzvot. They are what is important in this world. If there are circumstances that turn out to be beyond a person’s control, and he is unable to finish a mitzvah or refrain from an avera, Hashem has many ways of helping him.
