Daily Chizuk #0533

The pasuk says in Mishlei, "בטח אל ה' בכל ליבך, ואל בינתך אל תישען"- We are supposed to trust in Hashem with all of our heart, and never rely upon our wisdom. Rabbenu Yona gives one application of this pasuk. If someone, let's say, devises a plan of action that seems to be guaranteed for success, he must convince himself that it will not be his strategy that brings about success. The only determinant of success is Hashem."
In everything we do, we must remember Hashem. Even for the simplest and smallest things, recognize, we cannot do them without Hashem’s help.
