What appears to us as natural causes of events are very misleading. Causes don’t cause events; Hashem determines outcomes, and then, He brings the causes to bring them about. We need to constantly reinforce our emunah that everything that takes place in this world is so carefully determined, based on the way that every single individual needs to be affected by it.
We are always in the hands of Hashem whatever happens to us. If we recognize it and go through it with emunah, we’ll have more peace of mind and we’ll be rewarded for all eternity for thinking the way that we are supposed to.
