Source of Blessing: Finding Joy on Shabbat
Shabbat is called the מקור הברכה – the source of blessing
Even if someone is struggling and can’t manage to be happy during the week, he should make an extra effort to forget about his problems on Shabbat and enjoy it the way it is supposed to be enjoyed.
