The Result is His: Making the Effort for the Master

When it comes to making a hishtadlut, we should try as hard as we can to accomplish what we’re setting out to accomplish. If we’re successful, we should thank Hashem for bringing blessing to our efforts. If we are unsuccessful, we should calmly and happily accept the will of Hashem. If there is more of an effort that can be made, we could continue trying, but with the mindset that Hashem will decide the outcome and it will always be the best outcome.
