When We Suffer, Hashem Feels Our Pain
The pasuk in Yeshaya says: "ובכל צרותם לו צער, ומלאך פניו הושיעם- when we are feeling pain, Hashem feels pain, and it causes Him to hasten our yeshua." We cannot fathom the extent of the suffering, kavayachol, that Hashem goes through when He sees us in pain.
Hashem wants so badly for us to fulfill our mission. We're all in school in this world. Hashem wants us to fulfill what we need to so we can enjoy with Him for all eternity. Improving is for our own benefit.
Hashem only wants what is good for us. The Gemara says when someone is experiencing pain, he should improve his deeds. May Hashem help us realize what we need to improve in so we and Hashem can live all the time in happiness.
