Rabbi Akiva taught us in Masechet Berachot: " לעולם יהא אדם רגיל לומר כל מה דעביד רחמנא לטבא עביד - a person should train himself to constantly say everything that Hashem does is good." The Rabbi is teaching us that having Emunah requires training. We have to be רגיל-accustom ourselves to saying it. We might not always feel it, but the way to acquire Emunah is to keep repeating those words; eventually, they'll penetrate. The benefits of having Emunah are unbelievable. Besides for the great spiritual level that a person rises to through Emunah, it also brings down an abundance of Heavenly mercy.
Everything is controlled by Hashem, and everything He does is good. If we can accustom ourselves to say it and believe it, we will be fortunate in this world and the Next.
