Being Jewish: Your Dream Job

Your Dream Job
When we focus on how kind Hashem is, it will make us happier people and enhance our performance of the Mitzvot. It might seem from the outside that being a Jew is hard, but if we analyze it a bit closer, we'll see what a golden opportunity that Hashem has granted us.
Hashem is the King of the world, who has millions of angels serving before Him, yet He chose us to be the closest to Him in His kingdom. He lifted us up above all the nations to live the most exalted lifestyle, with the perfect diet, doing what He knows will make us happy. Every Mitzvah we do is worth billions. We can do as many Mitzvot as we want and Hashem will pay us for every single one of them. If a Mitzvah is hard to do, He pays us a hundred times more for it. When we do a Mitzvah with joy, the reward is infinitely greater. If we need some recreation to re-energize ourselves, Hashem pays us for those breaks as well. On Shabbat, we're given a day off to enjoy with our families and Hashem doesn't only pay us for all the expenses of the day, but He pays us for enjoying the day as well. Every time we make a Beracha for the delicious foods Hashem gives us, we get rewarded for that too. He loves us more than a parent could ever love their child, and He's available to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can talk to Him any time we want, which is something not even the angels can do. Every time we pray and ask Him for help, we are rewarded just for making the request. It's a Mitzvah to ask Hashem for a favor. Is there anything sweeter than that? Hashem loves to hear from us so much. He controls everything that goes on in the world and watches over us individually. He wants us to be happy and pays us even more when we enjoy our jobs. How fortunate are we to be living in the palace of the מלך מלכי המלכים- the King of Kings, working for Him and being close to Him. If we could appreciate this opportunity, we'll be able to do our jobs with joy, and it will bring us such satisfaction.
