Parnasa / Money
Precious Kindness: Rewards for Gemilut Chasadim
Imagine you know a person who is worth over a trillion dollars, and this person is a relative of yours. But not just any relative, he is your father who loves you more than anything and you are his only child. You work in his company and he pays your salary. You would not worry about future expenses or even current expenses. Whenever you need help, you know where you can turn to for it. Hashem owns all the money in the world and every one of us is like His only child who He loves unconditionally. We all work in His company and He pays our salaries. If we ever have any mounting expenses, we should feel so fortunate that we can turn to our loving Father at any time and ask Him for help. הרבה שלוחים למקום – Hashem has infinite ways of helping us. It is not our jobs which produce our parnasa, it is Hashem who uses our jobs as a means of sending it. But if, for whatever reason, the job we currently have no longer works out, that does not mean we will get any less money going forward.
Hashem has unlimited ways of helping us. We should feel so fortunate that we can turn to Him at any time for help.
