Meah
Your daily companion for counting 100 brachot. A small act of gratitude, one blessing at a time.

The Wisdom of Meah
The Royal Source
“What does Hashem require of you?” (Devarim 10:12)
The Gemara (Menachot 43b) reads mah (“what”) as meah (“one hundred”), teaching that we should recite 100 blessings each day. Rav Chaim Kanievsky notes that with the added aleph, the pasuk contains exactly 100 letters.
King David’s Legacy
Tradition teaches that in King David’s time, a plague took 100 lives daily. Through divine inspiration, David established the practice of 100 daily blessings, and the plague stopped.
Mindful Living
Meah is more than a number. It is a sacred rhythm, training us to pause throughout the day and recognize Hashem as the Source of our breath, food, and life.
