The Test before the Blessing: Becoming Worthy of Salvation
That Is Siyata D'shmaya
We are so fortunate that we have Hashem to help us every moment of the day, 24 hours a day. When we need help and all of a sudden something opens up and we receive that help, that is called siyata d’Shamaya – Heavenly help. We are helped with little things and we are helped with big things. It is incumbent upon us to recognize when we do receive siyata d’Shamaya and thank Hashem for it.
Everyone gets and can get more siyata d’Shamaya. It is our job to recognize when Hashem does help us and thank Him for it. And then ask Him to continue giving us more siyata d’Shamaya.
