When a person knows that Hashem is watching and appreciating everything that he does, he is able to accomplish what seems to be the impossible. When other people harm us or take what is rightfully ours, it is extremely difficult to overlook, especially when there is a lot on the line. But someone who has yirat Shamayaim and knows that Hashem, and only Hashem, runs the world, will be able to do it and even feel happy about it.
