Work of Perfection: Trusting the Work of Hashem

During these days of Aseret Yameh Teshuva, Hashem wants us to return to Him by regretting our misdeeds and accepting upon ourselves to stop doing them. When it comes to things that we have been accustomed to doing for years, it’s extremely hard to stop. The evil inclination tries to tell us not even to attempt to stop because it will be impossible to maintain. How do we overcome this?
If we could say, “Let me at least do what I can do now,” we will find amazing things happening.
