The Recognition of the King: Our Main Job on Rosh Hashanah

Treat Them With Respect
The Torah is the beginning of parashat Ekev promises the most beautiful rewards to those who adhere to the mitzvot. Rashi writes there that the Torah is speaking about the mitzvot that people trample upon and don’t give enough respect to. Every mitzvah is such a treasure and, unfortunately, sometimes we take them for granted and don’t treat them with the respect that is befitting them.
Our mitzvot are wondrous. The more respect we treat them with, the more blessing we get in return.
