Pray and Pray Again: Finding Strength in Constant Tefila

It says in the pasuk we are supposed to love Hashem no matter what happens, with the understanding that whatever happens is always good for us. It is a great avodat Hashem to try hard to be happy and serve Hashem with joy. And if it is very hard to do, it just makes the avodah that much greater. The value of a person overcoming suffering and serving Hashem with joy is indescribable.
Being happy enables a person to be the servant of Hashem he is supposed to be. And therefore, we always have to work hard at maintaining our level of happiness, no matter what circumstances we find ourselves in.
