One of the greatest tools that we have to maintain our internal peace of mind is the knowledge that Hashem is in control of everything that happens in our lives. Each time our peace and tranquility is threatened to be disturbed, we should remind ourselves that what is happening is from Hashem, and it’s best for us. Hashem gives us signs all the time that He is with us, and we should use those signs to realize He is with us even when it is not as obvious.
Hashem’s presence is very obvious. When we are able to stop for a moment and focus in the middle of turmoil and remind ourselves of this simple fact, it will help us stay at peace and feel that we are always in the best Hands.
