Life is about passing tests and rarely does Hashem give us the answers before the test begins. Today, most poskim hold that shemita is d’Rabbanan and the S’ma says when shemita is d’Rabbanan, the guarantee of the blessing in the Torah no longer applies. Which means, those who are keeping shemita today are even bigger heroes. They are ready to sacrifice for Hashem without having the Torah guarantee.
Hashem has many ways of helping people. It is our job to commit to following Him no matter what, no matter how hard it seems. And regarding our wellbeing, we are always completely in His hands.
