The Power Of Purim
The sefer Segulot Yisrael writes that he has a tradition from a great Gadol that a person should wake up early on Purim and pray with all of his heart for all of his needs because the day of Purim is an עת רצון מאד – a time of great Divine favor. The Peleh Yoetz writes the day of Purim is so beloved that even the prayers of an individual without a minyan are accepted favorably, similarly to the Aseret Yamei Teshuva. The great Admor Rebbe Mordechai from Nodvorna said Purim is a day in which we receive abundant mercy from Hashem and through the reciting of Tehillim on that day, we can open up all of the gates of Shamayim.
The day of Purim is extremely powerful. We should utilize every moment of it to grow spiritually, to call out to Hashem and to connect more to Him.
