Someone who is having trouble earning parnasa should never give up on his Torah learning. It is precisely then that his Torah learning becomes even more valuable. And just the opposite, the Torah learning will be the catalyst, b’ezrat Hashem, for him to earn more money.
Parnasa comes from Hashem. The greatest hishtadlut we can make in that area is to get closer to Him.
