Parashat Shemot: Catalyst For Our Yeshuot
In this week’s Parasha, Shemot, Moshe Rabbenu said to Hashem, “When the Jewish People ask me what Your Name is, what should I tell them?” Hashem answered, “I Will Be What I Will Be.” The Kotzker Rebbe quoted the words of the Ramban on that pasuk which explained that Hashem was saying, “The same way you are with Me, that is the way I will be with you.” The more a person believes in Hashem’s control of everything that happens, the more Hashem will show him His control and take care of all of his needs.
Hashem runs the world. We never lose by following Him. The more we live our lives with this realization, the more Heavenly help we’ll receive.
Shabbat Shalom!
