We say every day in tefila, ה' מֶלֶךְ ה' מָלַךְ ה' יִמְלֹךְ לעולם ועד" – Hashem is the King, Hashem was the King and Hashem will always be the King. The sefer Nafshi Cholat Ahavatecha writes if we have the right kavana during this tefila, we could reach high levels of emunah each time we say it.
Whatever is going on in our lives, It's because ה' מֶלֶךְ – Hashem is the King, and He knows we need it. Our job is to believe in His control and His mercy, and constantly thank Him for everything He gives us. That will help us in so many ways, especially in becoming the people we are meant to become.
