Seek Him While He is Near: The Promise of Vayelech
Parashat Vayelech: Whether We Feel It Or Not
The pasuk says, "דרשו ה' בהמצאו, קראוהו בהיותו קרוב-seek out Hashem when He is found, call out to Him when He is close." The Gemara says this pasuk is referring to the time we are in right now – the Aseret Yameh Teshuva. Now is our chance to beseech Hashem. We should not let this opportunity go by without utilizing it.
Giving ourselves chizuk or getting chizuk from others could go a long way. Everybody could use chizuk, no matter who they are or what level they are on.
May we all use these glorious days to their fullest, whether we feel it or not and b’ezrat Hashem, we should be blessed with a year of beracha and hatzlacha.
