Every Moment Counts: The Weight of These Ten Days
NOW IS THE TIME!
The Ben Ish Hai writes in his sefer Rav Pa’alim, regarding the Aseret Yameh Teshuva, "כל דקה ממנה כמו חודש בשאר ימים – every moment of these days is equal to a month from the rest of the year." This means, everything we do now is so much more valuable-every tefilla we make and every mitzvah we do. Therefore, we try to use every minute of these days to their fullest. Our success depends on us following Hashem and every deed that we do is infinitely valuable to Him, no matter how small it is.
All of our deeds are precious and Hashem appreciates every one of them. Now is the time to grab as many as we can.
