Never Desperate: The Sustenance of Every Creature
Never Desperate
The Gemara says in Masechet Shabbat that Hashem feeds every animal in the world, “מקרני ראמים עד קיני ביצים – from the largest creatures to the tiniest insects.”
As far as we are concerned, the more we recognize how helpless we are when it comes to our parnasa, the more help Hashem will give us. Chazal tell us, whoever says Parashat Hamann every day is guaranteed that his sustenance will never be deficient.
Hashem could provide all we need and more in the blink of an eye, but it’s up to us to humble ourselves and recognize that He is the One who gives us our parnasa, and we need to recognize that we don’t deserve any of it – it is all a gift.
ישועת ה' כהרף עין
We are never desperate. We always have Hashem. The more we recognize it, the more beracha we’ll receive.
