Yirmiyahu's Blessing: The Mindset of Total Faith
Yirmiyahu's Blessing
Someone who reaches a level where he knows everything is Hashem, and he always acts with that mindset, is promised the most beautiful blessings in a pasuk in Yermiah. It says, “ברוך הגבר ה' יבטח בה' והיה ה' מבטחו". The Malbim explains the pasuk to be saying, blessed is the man who not only puts his trust and reliance on Hashem, but he knows his efforts are meaningless – והיה ה' מבטחו – Hashem is the only thing he relies on. He knows Hashem could help him without his efforts. That type of person will merit such blessing.
