Even Shame Has Purpose
Even Shame
There are families who are trying to marry off their children and are experiencing a great deal of shame in the process. They are constantly being turned down or ignored, and it's so painful. They wonder, are there people saying bad things about them? Are they doing something wrong? Why are they looked upon so negatively? Although they are in a very difficult situation, they do have an opportunity to show their Emunah in Hashem. Nothing happens haphazardly. Every moment of shame a person needs to experience is calculated. Where the shame comes from, at what point in their lives they need to experience it and which second of the day it has to happen, is all determined by Hashem.
Everything we go through is caused by Hashem, for our benefit, even shame. And if we are able to accept it with love, we can become great and merit blessing.
