If a person sees a noticeable change in his behavior due to the Emunah that he has gained, he should feel very proud of that accomplishment. Internalizing and applying our Emunah is a great Avodat Hashem.
Every time we react with Emunah, it's a very big accomplishment, which is fulfilling one of our main purposes in this world. Therefore, it is something to be proud of.
