Parashat Vayera: Is Anything Beyond Hashem?
In this week's Parasha, Vayera, Hashem told Avraham, regarding Sarah having a child at such an advanced age, "היפלא מה' דבר?- is there anything that is beyond Hashem?" It doesn't matter how unlikely something seems to be, if Hashem wants it to happen, it's going to happen. Those words have given so many people strength throughout the generations. Hashem can do anything. A person can always be helped, no matter what the situation is. How fortunate are we that Hashem is running this world, making sure everything happens exactly the way it's supposed to happen. We NEVER have to worry about not getting something that is meant for us, because Hashem always ensures that we always get what's coming to us.
