Returning to Hashem: The Meaning of Shabbat Shuva

Everything that happens in a person’s life is calculated by Hashem down to every last detail. Sometimes there are problems and then Hashem saves us from the problems. Sometimes we think there is a problem, but in the end it turns out to be nothing. And sometimes there is a problem, but Hashem saves us before we even find out about it. Included in every problem, or what appears to be a problem is the mental distress that comes along with it. If a person is not meant to go through even a moment of mental hardship, then Hashem will ensure that he doesn’t. Even the timing of when we hear about certain events is also min haShamayim.
May Hashem save us from all types of stress.
