Governance by Deeds: Improving Our Ways in Trouble

When we look back and analyze all the parts of a hashgacha peratit story in hindsight, we are left spellbound seeing how many details were involved in Hashem bringing one person the help that he needed. But even what we do see is only a very small part of a much larger picture. We’re only able to zone in on the hashgacha that took place on behalf of the one person who needed help. In truth, all the people involved in any story were also part of different hashgacha peratit stories that we don’t necessarily get to appreciate. Every single event in every person’s life is drenched in hashagachat Hashem. Everything is connected with millions of different parts. We try to connect whatever we are capable of to get a small inkling in seeing the way Hashem is involved in our lives. But even after we make some kinds of connections, we must know, it goes way beyond what meets the eye.
We’ll never be able to fully grasp the hashgacha in any story, but just seeing one part of it always gives us a lot of chizuk.
