The Greatest Tzedaka: Providing Knowledge to the Mind

If somebody is having issues and feeling down as a result, one of the greatest ways to lift up his spirits would be to talk to Hashem about it. To tell Hashem, “Must be I deserve to be going through this right now. I thank You for cleansing me and doing for me the best that needs to be done. Please let my acceptance of these yissurin accomplish whatever needs to be accomplished and let me see open good going forward.” Saying those words will not only relieve stress, they will also provide the person with unfathomable reward.
A young man who was having difficulty in shidduchim and parnasa recently said, “Hashem, I want to thank You for everything that has been happening. Even though from my perspective things seem to be going difficult, I know You have a plan for me and You’re doing what’s best for me. So thank You Hashem, thank You Hashem, thank You Hashem.” Saying those words will make a person feel so much better about what he’s going through. It has been tried and tested. We can do it at the end of our Amida, we can do it when we are sitting in a private room, we can do it whenever we want. Besides for making us feel better, the spiritual growth that comes from saying those words is enormous.
