The Hashgacha of Hashem upon us is mind-boggling. We hear a story from someone who saw how clearly Hashem was guiding his every footstep, then we hear another story from someone else who says the same thing. And each story in its own right in worthy of us recognizing Hashem's involvement in our lives and praising Him for it. But even if we hear two stories or three stories, those are just a few accountings of people witnessing the Hashgacha of Hashem. In actuality, Hashem is giving the very same attention, simultaneously, to billions of people, to billions of animals, to billions of stars, and the list goes on. Many of those people as well are also seeing the Yad Hashem, but they're not relating it. At the very same time that Hashem is worrying about this person's plight and that person's Shidduch, and this one's Parnasa, and that one's feelings, He's orchestrating every event that goes on in this entire world.
Hashem is involved in every second of our lives, from the moment we're born and even before. He gives everyone their own, individual attention, 24 hours a day which is something that is beyond our comprehension.
