Rewarding Difficulty: Different Natures and Mitzvot

Everyone is given a different nature, and for some, certain mitzvot are harder than others. Hashem knows the level of difficulty for each person and rewards accordingly.
When someone wakes up early for shul, he might feel like he's doing Hashem a favor and giving up of himself to help Hashem. But in truth, every ounce of strength that we have, and every waking moment of our lives is all a complete gift from Hashem. On average, Hashem gives a person 25,000 breaths a day. And He tells us, please use a couple thousand of them on praying to Me in the morning so that I can bless you and give you rewards for asking me for your needs. Are we really sacrificing so much to wake up early to do that? In truth, we never give up anything. All we're doing is giving back to Hashem from what He already gave us, in order that He should give us more. We should feel so privileged to be able to give tzedaka, to learn Torah, to do chasadim. Just like the recipient of the million dollars who gives back the hundred thousand feels so grateful, so too, we should feel grateful and thankful every time we use any resource that Hashem gives us to perform a mitzvah!
