People who dedicate time every day to learn Emunah have said that their lives have changed dramatically for the better. They are calmer, have less stress and are, overall, just happier people. Even people who are going through the most challenging times have said that, with Emunah, they are able to deal with them in the proper frame of mind. Many have said they would not have been able to cope with their challenge if not for the Emunah that they have learned. Emunah can help with any difficulty, from the slightest inconvenience to the seemingly very large, insurmountable problem. When we know Hashem is behind everything and is only doing what is best for us, that itself gives us so much strength.
Emunah can take the most dismal situation and turn it into the greatest opportunity of growth. Emunah can take the most hopeless situation and turn it into a time of prayer and connection to Hashem. Emunah does wonders for us. The more we invest in it, the better off we’ll be.
