Virtuous Avoda: Maintaining Faith when Desiring Change
You Never Lose!
One of the great qualities of an ish(man of) emunah is that he is a person of principle. He does not compromise on his standards for money or for any other benefit. His word is his word, and his main goal is always to try to do what Hashem wants. A person never loses by doing what's right. Sometimes it may appear that way, but that's just a test. Other times, Hashem makes it obvious that we don't lose, and we must use those times to give us chizuk for when it's not so obvious.
When we know Hashem runs the world, He is the only One that we need to impress. A person with emunah will have courage to always do what's right and never be blinded by the potential immediate gains.
