Saving Time and Stress: The Efficiency of Real Emunah
When it comes to a job, for example, we must believe we got the job we were meant to get. This does not mean the person has to stay with that job indefinitely, but it does mean that whatever job or means of parnasa that he had until now, was exactly the one that Hashem wanted him to have. Of course, this is assuming that the job is one that is conducive for spiritual growth as well.
A person should never second guess a decision that he made regarding parnasa. In those areas, we are influenced by Hashem for our own good, and we have to trust that everything always happens the way it's meant to happen. Even when a person looks back and thinks that what he did was completely illogical, that is only now in hindsight. At the time, it seemed very logical because that is what Hashem wanted him to choose. Believing in Hashem's hashgacha in this area is a great avodah.
