Respond Correctly: Strong or Weak, Rich or Poor
The more a person purifies himself by making teshuva and getting closer to Hashem, the less he will need to forget. The tzaddikim explain the words, אין שכחה לפני כסאי כבודך to mean, once a person makes teshuva, he gets close to the kiseh hakavod like it says, גדולה תשובה שמגיעה עד כסא הכבוד. And when a person is near the kiseh hakavod, אין שכחה – there will be no more forgetfulness.
Everything that takes place is b’hashgacha pratit. We must always recognize it, accept whatever is happening b’emunah, and always try to do what we can spiritually in the places Hashem puts us.
