The Bigger Person: Hashem as our Comforting Brother
No matter how hopeless any situation appears to be, Hashem always has countless ways of helping us. The pasuk says, "ואשר לא צדה והאלקים אנה לידו" The Divreh Yishmael explains homiletically, when there seems to be no path of help in front of us, ואשר לא צד, then Hashem finds a way and gives us what we need, והאלקים אנה לידו.
Hashem always has a way, even when there seems to be no way. We should recognize that fact and pray to Him with all of our emotion, asking Him to help us in the way that He knows is best.
